By accessing or using ICT Jobs Ethiopia (ictjobs.et), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and employers who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ICT Jobs Ethiopia is an online job board that connects job seekers with employers in Ethiopia. We provide a platform for employers to post job listings and for job seekers to discover and apply to those listings. ICT Jobs Ethiopia acts as an intermediary only, we are not a party to any employment arrangement between job seekers and employers.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Collect personal information from other users without their consent
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or download content from the Service without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Post content that is discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate employment-related activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers who post job listings on ICT Jobs Ethiopia agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about the position and organization
• Only post genuine, currently open positions
• Comply with all applicable Ethiopian employment laws and regulations, including non-discrimination requirements
• Not collect application fees from job seekers
• Remove or update listings when positions are filled or cancelled
• Handle applications and applicant data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws

ICT Jobs Ethiopia reserves the right to remove any listing that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, without notice or liability.

5. No Employment Guarantee

ICT Jobs Ethiopia does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in employment. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any job listing. Job seekers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before applying to or accepting any position.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ICT Jobs Ethiopia, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ICT Jobs Ethiopia or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

Job listings posted by employers remain the intellectual property of those employers. By posting a listing, employers grant ICT Jobs Ethiopia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the listing through the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ICT Jobs Ethiopia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not verify the accuracy of job listings or the legitimacy of every employer listed on the platform beyond reasonable efforts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ICT Jobs Ethiopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of employment opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including employer application portals. These links are provided for convenience only. ICT Jobs Ethiopia has no control over third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.

10. Modifications to the Service

ICT Jobs Ethiopia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ethiopia.
